• Billing and payment data: processed directly by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
• Generated content data: information, photographs and descriptions of real estate properties that you voluntarily upload to the platform.
• Technical data: IP address, browser, operating system, and service usage logs.

3. Purposes of processing

Your personal data will be used for the following primary purposes:

• Create and manage your user account.
• Process payments and subscriptions through Stripe.
• Generate the requested real estate marketing content (PDFs, posts, videos, etc.).
• Provide technical support and customer service.
• Send operational notifications related to the service.
• Comply with tax and legal obligations.

Secondary purposes (you may opt out):

• Send promotional communications about new features or plans.

4. Data transfers

To operate the service, we transfer data to the following third parties, who comply with international data protection standards:

• Stripe, Inc. (payment processing)
• Neon Database (database storage)
• OpenAI, L.L.C. (AI content generation)
• ElevenLabs, Inc. (AI voice generation)
• Upload-Post API (social media publishing, optional)
• Hostinger (hosting server)

These transfers are necessary to maintain the contractual relationship with you. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising purposes.

5. Your rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your personal data, as well as to revoke your consent. To exercise these rights, send an email to lvazquezr98@gmail.com with:

• Full name and registered email address.
• Clear description of the right you wish to exercise.
• Official identification document (ID, passport).

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days.

We will retain your data as long as you maintain an active account. If you cancel your account, we will delete your personal data within 90 days, except for those we must retain due to tax or legal obligations.
